Often when it comes to important conversations and decisions that affect our community, we are at a deficit.

 

Don’t get us wrong. There *are* places to get breaking news.

 

There are also sites that are sponsored by developers, realtors, and their “experts” who then are afforded opportunities to write columns. Those exist strictly to convince readers there is a groundswell of public support for projects which is then used to justify approval given by the commissions.

 

This site was created to provide information that is understandable and so information can be consumed in a way that makes sense.

 

We are not beholden to any developers or commissioners.

 

All information is supported by public documents and reports when available.
