City of Stuart is about to take center stage in defamation lawsuit in Hillsborough County

The story became Kristen Hentschel. And her defamation lawsuit taking place in Hillsborough County could cause a legal quagmire for the City of Stuart.

Matt Brown sentencing details released by the Court

Matt Brown was sentenced on 4/24/2025 for 2 counts of tax fraud, to which he pled guilty on January 9, 2025. The Court has released the official judgement specific to his sentencing.

An amended complaint was filed by McNicholas & Associates. The hearing related to that filing is scheduled for May 22, 2025 at 11am via Zoom. And there are many questions that need answers.
