City of Stuart is about to take center stage in defamation lawsuit in Hillsborough County
The story became Kristen Hentschel. And her defamation lawsuit taking place in Hillsborough County could cause a legal quagmire for the City of Stuart.
Hentschel v. Jeffrey Pitts, McNicholas & Associates, NPR, and Floodlight – texts showing apparent conspiracy, case against McNicholas & Associates dismissed, and more.
“Even though it is 1,000% entirely, completely false, it sticks,” Overdorf says. “It is oil that unfortunately doesn’t leave you.”
I wonder if Ms. Hentschel feels the same way.

The complaint filed by Ms. Hentschel was filed in Hillsborough County yet many involved are residents of Martin County including Representative Tobin “Toby” Overdorf and Tom McNicholas of McNicholas and Associates.
