Matt Brown Outstanding Civil Cases Update

At the time we originally started covering this story last year, there were 6 cases filed on the Martin County Clerk of Court site. Four of the cases were not active but two were. Here is the update.
Matt Brown sentencing details released by the Court

Matt Brown was sentenced on 4/24/2025 for 2 counts of tax fraud, to which he pled guilty on January 9, 2025. The Court has released the official judgement specific to his sentencing.
Matt Brown – Plea Accepted by Judge; Sentencing Pending

On January 28, Matt Brown’s guilty plea to two counts was accepted by the judge. His sentencing is scheduled for April 8, 2025, in Federal Court.
Money for nothing… literally.

Matt Brown’s troubles seem to be piling up for him, his family, and his companies. Mr. Brown’s company, Elite Temps, was raided by the FBI on July 12th at 9:30am.
